The world’s finest wines are a reflection of the areas from which they are grown and this Cabernet Sauvignon is no exception representing two of the finest vineyards within the acclaimed Red Mountain AVA.  The aromas are rich and plentiful illustrating prominent dark fruit tones with a hint of caramel and French vanilla elements.  Balanced, gorgeous fruit flavors enhance depth and complexity with well-integrated oak flavors that become rich and polished on the palate.  Deeply structured and well-balanced the wine reveals a long intricate finish that lingers against velvety tannins.
