2014 Acquisition, Red Mt., Cabernet Sauvignon

We are pleased to present this single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from the acclaimed Quintessence Vineyard located on the eastern border of the Red Mountain AVA. Deep in color and complexity, aged 22 months in 100% new French oak, this is a distinctive wine that offers aromas of black cherries, mocha, light floral and subtle oak nuances.  Balanced gorgeous black fruit flavors enhance depth and complexity in a harmonious frame, offering flavors rich and polished on the palate.  The wine is beautifully balanced with a rich mouthfeel and persistent finish that brings immediate appeal and offers plenty of cellaring potential.
