We are pleased to present this single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from the acclaimed Hightower Vineyards. This vineyard exemplifies what Red Mountain has to offer and reflects the quality of fruit offered within the AVA. Rich in hue and complexity the wine has alluring aromas of vibrant fruit, toasted caramel and barrel spices. Aged 26 months in 100% new French oak the wine is dense, rich and balanced with flavors of blackberry, cherry and roasted coffee. Full-bodied with expressive, ripe fruit flavors this wine has an elegant yet delightfully smooth palate. The wine reveals a long intricate finish that lingers against velvety tannins which will deepen, revealing its complexities as it ages.
